Weeeeee're Back!

We are back from our vacation and anniversary celebration in the great state of Oregon.











The news here in Las Vegas was not that good while we were away.

Previously in my blog I have mentioned the park people, which are really the dog people as our dogs are what take us to the park.


Here is a synopsis of what happened in the week we were gone:




The most serious and sad thing:



Barbara, Jake & Roxanne's owner, passed away. Barbara was one of the nice morning people at the park.

A tree at Mountain Crest Park will have a plaque placed under it in her memory.





Less serious but troublesome:




Pat, Maggie's owner, was already nursing a bad back and continued to do so.









John, Missy's owner, ran over her with his truck before we left. Then while we were gone, he over exercised her and she had a relapse.








Wally, Maggie's owner and Pat's husband, hurt his back.










Rick, Buddy's owner, hurt his back.










Jan, Pepper's owner, fell and broke her wrist, cut a gash in her face, and got a black eye.










Diana, Jan's daughter, Francis & Cody's owner, canceled her vacation because of Jan's accident.





















Allan, Scamp's owner, was sick for two days.










Cheryl, Mr. Chips owner, had drunk neighbors fighting in the street and falling on her freshly painted car.








The electricity at the park was off one of the nights.
















And last but not least, it actually rained in Las Vegas which is an odd sight.








I hope everyone will forgive us for leaving but the wife and I needed a vacation / celebration.

And that's the way it was while we were gone!!!
