Sing a Song

Today, my friends, I have a special guest writer on my blog.

Once again I am honored to be the first to be allowed to publish to the world the following song lyrics written by my son, Tyler.

As you read this you have to put it to rhythm to get the flow of the song.

For anyone out there that would like to collaborate by putting music to the words, Tyler can be contacted through this blog's email address.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, I give you,

Lost In Translation

Written by Tyler Wagner

The smell of your vinegar,
Collections of wine,
Your portrait perimeter,
So perfectly lined.

And I would give everything,
To get lost in your stare,
And I would do anything,
To imagine you there.

Stories and story tales,
Are two different things,
Knowledge is locked up in jails,
Society Sings.

I want to be the one,
The one they call Rock,
I want to be the one,
Society mocks.

Freedom and liberty,
Together we stand,
One more times infinity,
With weapons in hand.

We all have the right to write,
And freedom to speak,
With words we can win the fight,
For strong and for weak.

Long stems signal new romance,
And some pleasure divine,
The end sees the devil dance,
While judging the crime.

It doesn’t come easily,
It doesn’t come fair,
The past sworn to secrecy,
The present beware.

It’s written in biblical verse,
Or said in a prayer.
The last supper for the first,
The first one to care.

The trend follows foolish thought,
With wisdom they lend,
The blind shall inherit the taught,
Again and again.

It’s blood shed and anarchy,
December’s dismay,
We all reflect what we see,
One more led astray.

God bless the little one’s,
Put strength in their bones,
Father’s, daughter’s and son’s,
Leave mommy alone.

The lasting anthology,
Of dreams left unread,
A private apology,
For words never said.

One day I will be the one,
Called Warrior King,
One day I will be the one,
Whose legend they sing.

Kahmee-Kahmeenano,
The legend is sung,

Kahmee-Kahmeenano,
Say old and say young.

Kahmee-Kahmeenano,
Is heard from above,

Kahmee-Kahmeenano,
Means sprinkled with love.

Kahmee-Kahmeenano.

Kahmee-Kahmeenano.

Kahmee-Kahmeenano.
