Surprise!
So, I know you all thought I had deserted you.
Well, the break was nice and I may take another one tomorrow, who knows.
I don't know how many of you noticed the headline that reads:
New Search Begins for Amelia Earhart
NEW YORK - Hoping modern technology can help them solve a 70-year-old mystery, a group of investigators will search a South Pacific island to try to determine if famed aviator Amelia Earhart crash-landed and died there.
Photo Gallery: Earhart Evidence Emerges
New clues have revitalized the search for pilot Amelia Earhart and her navigator Fred Noonan, who disappeared somewhere over the Pacific 70 years ago.
Then, of course, you all remember we are still looking for Jimmy Hoffa.
In case everyone missed it, those people are dead and we can't find them and who really cares.
I would like to see a focus on finding a live man (Osama bin Laden) and making him a dead person but we can't find him either!!
I think more people care about that than Earhart and Hoffa!
Speaking of the dead:
When will people stop making money writing about dead people who cannot defend themselves?
Nearly 10 years after the death of Princess Diana, a new book by Tina Brown, 'The Diana Chronicles,' paints a new picture of her life and its tragic end.
Brown, the widely renowned former editor of Vanity Fair and The New Yorker, depicts the princess as both a saintly woman who used her influence to support good causes and as a manipulative, cheating wife who had affairs with several different men.
Brown's book hits amidst a storm of other Diana material -- in print and on TV -- leading up to the anniversary.
This is no new news, just a rehash of old news. Why do people buy this stuff?
In case anyone missed it, Princess Diana is dead and the only thing these stories do is hurt her children!!!!!
Well, that's a wrap for today. Thanks for stopping by for more of nothing!!
